FAQ

The team at Parkway Dental is dedicated to providing outstanding oral healthcare to both children and adults in a warm, friendly, and stress free environment.

Frequently asked questions

Does Parkway Dental accept children?

Yes, both offices treat children. We believe that children must learn to develop a rapport with the clinicians so that they feel in control of their dental experience and avoid developing dental anxiety as adults.

What Insurance Plans do you accept?

We accept free standing insurance and we participate in the Delta Dental Premier Program.

What types of treatments do you provide?

Parkway Dental provides many treatments (modalities), such as cosmetic and general dentistry. We have created a complete list and explanation of procedures available to our patients that can be found in the services sections.

What happens if I miss an appointment?

We ask that you call to cancel an appointment at least 24 hours in advance. This will allow time for the office team to fill the appointment.

I was provided recommendations for my oral healthcare. Which treatments are absolutely necessary? Which are elective, cosmetic or are less urgent?"

We will prioritize a treatment plan to help you distinguish problems needing immediate attention from those that are less urgent. Often, treatment can be phased in over time. Be sure you understand the consequences of delaying treatment.

What type of payment options do you accept?

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, cash, and personal checks.
